Participant submissions
Individuals who submit material to the archive retain their moral rights to their own testimony.

Consent and responsibility
Participants are encouraged to consider their personal safety before submitting material. While the project takes extensive measures to protect contributors, it cannot eliminate all risks associated with public testimony.
The project is not responsible for how third parties may interpret or respond to publicly available material.
Prohibited use
You may not use this website or its content to:
- identify, track, or target participants or their families
- harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals or communities
- misrepresent testimonies or take content out of context
- collect data for surveillance, profiling, or automated analysis
We reserve the right to restrict access or take legal action in response to misuse.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the completeness of all material.
